ready to roar?
EroSoma Movement
Be moved to life.
Dissolve the barriers standing between you and what makes you feel most alive.
The EroSoma Movement Methodology is a liberatory embodied movement practice for women and vulva owners ready to return home to the body, access authentic choice, and claim erotic power without apology.
In troubled times like these, your erotic aliveness must be non-negotiable.
Yet for women in survival mode, programmed by society to meet all demands promptly, perfectly and with a smile - replenishing lifeforce energy lives at the bottom of the priority list.
Before you go blaming yourself - this is no accident. We learn as children that submissive or overfunctioning women align with the objectives of our capitalist patriarchal system just fine. Our bodies understand early that women’s self-agency and genuine pleasure are at the very least unimportant and at most, shamed and stigmatised.
Bottom line is: If you're numb and exhausted, you don’t know what your body authentically wants and needs. If you don't have agency over your life, you become trapped in resentment, fear and helplessness - leading to isolation and disconnection from the creativity, pleasure, purpose and community you need to thrive.
It may be a long game to dismantle the systems outside us, but we can reclaim the power that lives within us, and between us - right now.
EroSoma is the somatic practice you turn to, when you need to quieten the noise, return to truth and remember who you are, before you learned who you needed to be to keep everyone else happy.
EroSoma Movement is for the woman ready to be the agent of her own aliveness in order to create greater collective change.
Alive women know vulnerability is power.
Alive women know deep connection and intimacy is power.
Alive women know that creativity and collaboration is power.
Alive women know erotic liberation is power.
Alive women know intuition, embodied trust and ancestral wisdom is power.
And all this makes ALIVE women very hard to fuck with.
Eros = the creative energy of aliveness in motion
+
Soma = your living, sensing body
EroSoma Movement is not about choreographed perfection, nor is it about “performing” sexy.
Here, all aspects of your expression have permission to take up space; completely free from the male gaze and in courageous defiance of every toxic anti-ageing, beauty, gender and sexuality script that has ever told you to make yourself smaller, quieter, more palatable.
We move with what’s raw. We relish in the messy and unfinished. We celebrate both the fragile and the wild versions of your humanity that ache for the permission to simply BE.
Nervous-system informed. Queer and Feminist rooted.
Somatic practice meets freeform dance.
EroSoma is the medicine your body has been waiting for.

What makes your work different is how SAFE I felt. The space you create each session allows insight to emerge through my body rather than through pressure or performance.

Working with Kate unleashed something inside of me, a juiciness and aliveness that was already there but buried under layers of my “good girl” persona. Absolutely life transforming!
Trauma-informed and inclusive of all abilities, EroSoma movement is real time practice in embodied consent, learning authentic choice over habitual fawning, and gently thawing frozenness into movement and action.
If your body has learned that:
→ smallness = safety
→ compliance = approval
→ performance = acceptance
→ vulnerability = risk
→ pleasure = obligation
→ sexuality = shame
EroSoma Movement is the return to authentic connection your body craves.
Be held in loving presence, with full permission to honour your body’s YES and NO, as you gently open in a safe relationship with your emotional world and let your wise body take you where you need to go.
Move through 6 Thresholds of Aliveness and take your power back
A snapshot of the EroSoma Movement Methodology
A guided somatic process intentionally designed to support your nervous system to build a felt sense of safety and regulation, gently increase your capacity to feel and integrate emotions, and explore healthy attachment repatterning through individual and social engagement at your own pace.
-
Arrive. Settle. Feel safe enough to be here.
You begin by coming home to the body - yours, and the shared field we create together. Through gentle orienting movement and breath, you will build the neuroception of safety that allows everything else to open. This is where presence begins.
-
What do I burn for? What needs to burn down?
With full choice, you slowly begin to wake the inner fire. Gradual activation held inside a safe container. Here we meet the charge of anger, injustice, longing, and the edges of power that have been waiting beneath your compliance.
-
What precious, tender knowing wants to emerge and and be loved more fully?
After activation, we soften. We slow down, moving with tenderness, longing and relief. Led by the heart, this threshold teaches your nervous system that you can feel deeply and remain resourced. Emotions often feared to be too much, can be welcomed as sacred and beautiful.
-
What desire hums with tantalising sweetness, now that I’m present and in flow?
You now notice a shift - subtle sensations that feel warm, spacious and enticing to your whole body. Through sensory awakening and embodied exploration of receptivity and flow, we begin to remap pleasure as nourishing, self-led, and safe to invite in.
-
What wild possibilities want to take up space, with more curiosity and less fucks?
Now your unapologetic energy gets to play. Joy, mischief and primal instinctive expression is ready to emerge or even unleashed! You practice taking up space with voice, movement, and presence, and discover that arousal can feel like vitality rather than threat.
-
What becomes available when I feel safe to follow my erotic lifeforce and fully express myself?
You have arrived in your body, open more fully to the aliveness within and around you. Safety, activation and pleasure ripple through you as sustained erotic presence. You sink into this way of inhabiting yourself, holding the charge of embodied power that has now been unlocked and moving from a place of freedom and truth.
-
What do I now know and trust from this renewed connection to my lifeforce?
We close by returning to Threshold 1, encoding what the nervous system has learned: that aliveness gets to feel safe, and you hold the power to create choice and change in your life.

Meet the Founder of EroSoma
It’s no secret that the human experience can be painful, beautiful, awful, inspiring, unjust and ecstatic… and sometimes all at once.
As well as the pressures of regular life, the wellbeing of our hearts, minds and nervous systems are at the mercy of rapid global change, an overload of technology and information, and distressing political events in ways that generations before us never had to contend with.
Our wild, living bodies are begging us to take our power back.
Our souls are asking us to resist the cultural and social normalisation of disembodiment and to remember how to “human” in ways that keep us plugged into the full spectrum of our aliveness and potential for true intimacy, even more than we’re plugged into our devices and the 24 hour news cycle.
When we move from feeling, we create space for insight and possibility.
When we dance from impulse, we build energy for transformation.
When we open our hearts from safety, we forge paths to connection.
When we meet each other in aliveness, we expand our collective power.
Roar Embodiment and the EroSoma Movement Method offers embodied healing and skill-building for women and vulva-owners in these chaotic and uncertain times.
Ready to say yes to your body and cross the thresholds of aliveness into safety, pleasure and aliveness?
EroSoma FAQ’s
-
EroSoma is for women, vulva owners, or intersex folk raised as girls, who are ready to return to their bodies, reclaim their aliveness and experience what it feels like to move from a place of genuine safety and authentic power. If you've spent a lifetime shrinking, overfunctioning, performing or disconnecting from your body to survive, this practice was designed for you.
-
EroSoma has been created with specific attention to the lived experience of people who were socialised as girls and women - including the particular nervous system adaptations, survival patterns and embodied shame that develop when you grow up navigating patriarchy in a female body. For this reason, EroSoma spaces are open to women, vulva-owners, those who were assigned female at birth and identify as non-binary/non-binary trans, and intersex people socialised as girls and women.
Currently, EroSoma spaces are not open to those who were born and socialised as male. This is not a statement about the validity or value of trans women's experience, however it reflects a necessary boundary in service of the specific nervous system safety this work requires, particularly for survivors of male violence and coercive dynamics within the contextual frame as described above.
-
None at all. EroSoma is not about technique, performance or looking a certain way. It's about following your body's impulses in a space where nothing is being evaluated or judged. Absolute beginners and seasoned movers are equally welcome - the practice meets you exactly where you are. EroSoma can be modified to allow a rich and accessible experience for those with limited or restricted mobility.
-
EroSoma is not designed as an explicitly sexual practice. The word erotic here is rooted in its original meaning - Eros as the creative life force energy that moves through us all. Reclaiming your erotic aliveness means reclaiming your capacity to feel deeply, desire freely, inhabit your body fully and live with genuine vitality. It is sensual, embodied and liberatory and is entirely self-led and consent-based. Through this lens, the EroSoma methodology is a powerful way to explore the inner landscape and outward expression of individual sexuality in a safely facilitated space.
-
Yes. EroSoma is fully trauma-informed and designed to work with your nervous system. The methodology is built on principles of neuroception, somatic safety and slow, gentle activation. You’ll never be pushed beyond what feels right for you. Authentic choice and the honouring of your body's yes and no is woven into every threshold of the practice. That said, EroSoma is a movement and embodiment practice, not therapy. If you’re currently in crisis or early trauma processing, please reach out before joining so we can discuss what level of support is right for you at this time.

Everyone will feel different and that's perfectly ok. During the guided movement experience, you may feel a wide spectrum of sensations and emotions. You might have moments of awkwardness or wondering if you’re “doing it right”. It’s also normal to not feel much at all, particularly if you’re new to embodied movement. Returning home to your body can take time.
The methodology is designed to be intentional, gradual and with your self-agency as paramount. This means, you’re always in charge of your own experience. It's common to leave an EroSoma session feeling grounded in clarity and presence, deeply connected to your body and its wisdom, energised and turned on to life! The integration practice at the close of each session is designed to help your nervous system consolidate what it has experienced, so you leave feeling resourced - not wrung out.
-
It’s most important to wear whatever allows your body to feel comfortable and free to move. Beyond that, this is an invitation to dress in a way that feels sensual, expressive and true to how you want to be witnessed today.
Layers are encouraged; both practically, as your body warms through movement, and as part of the embodied experience itself. There’s something quietly powerful about the process of revealing and shedding what no longer serves, one layer at a time.
Whether you prefer flowing fabrics, activewear, or clothes that inspire your wild side, all of it belongs in EroSoma!

Both formats follow the same methodology and move through the same six thresholds of aliveness. The quality of the practice and the safety of the container are held with equal care in both.
In-person:
Offers the particular medicine of shared physical space. The felt sense of moving alongside other bodies, the resonance of breath and sound in a room, and the depth of co-regulation that happens when nervous systems meet in presence.Online:
Makes the work accessible wherever you are, and many women find that moving in their own private space offers its own kind of freedom and intimacy. You’re still held within a live, shared container and receiving the magic of embodied resonance and co-regulation is very much a part of the online experience.
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
